APEX ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT.
We are delighted to announce our partnership with Kingsbridge Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic on our Apex Athlete programme!
The Apex Athlete programme combines the expertise of Kingsbridge’s Physiotherapy Department and Bia’s Strength & Conditioning and Sports Nutrition services to fully cater for all athletes and teams.
Any successful programme should aim to bolster strength and robustness. Using the specialist support and state-of-the-art equipment at the Kingsbridge Physiotherapy Clinic, and following a purposeful strength and nutrition programme with the guidance and coaching of Bia coaches, our athletes have the top level of support available to them - giving them the tools required to reach the Apex of their performance.
The pathway offers athletes and teams availability of full support through different stages (injury, initial rehab, late-stage rehab, full fitness), providing access to a multitude of specialist support and services as listed below.
